**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, and floor care. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various settings. You will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties:**
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals
**Requirements:**
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts or skid steers is a plus
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
